I used this agency when my company had an overseas visitor come for 6 weeks (in 2008):

http://www.furnishedquarters.com/

They have units in Grove Pointe and in Newport.

The visitor stayed at Grove Pointe and was very happy.

The W Hotel in Hoboken might be an option. They have residences as well as hotel rooms.

There are many national and local corporate housing companies which offer short term housing solutions right here in Downtown JC.

I used one for a European colleague but can't remember the name of the company. They have units in almost every single luxury building. (their costumer service was pretty bad though)

Oakwook which we use in NYC, has units at 31 River Court in the Newport section;
here is the link:

Just google "corporate or short term housing Jersey City". There are about 10-15 luxury buildings I'm sure he will be happy with.

2 beds are easy to find, 3 bedroom might be a challenge.

Feel free to pm me if you need more information.

New boss is coming to live in US and he wants something in Jersey City or Hoboken. He's Greek and has been living in major cities all over Europe. He has a wife and a couple of kids.

They need a 2+ bedroom luxury apartment.

He saw a pic of 70 Greene Street and thought it was ideal, though he wasn't sure of the neighborhood.

They need to move in by April 1st and will only stay for 2 or 3 months.

Anyone have any idea?

Thanks!
