The above. Check any large residential building with a parking deck. They are all open to the public and not full. You can typically buy a monthly pass through a machine at or near the garage entrance (I know that's how it is for my building), don't need to do anything else. Just go with whichever building is closest to where you need to be.

There is ample parking available in most new buildings - try Grove Pointe or 50 Columbus. Last I heard they had a ton of spaces available, but that was probably a year ago.
If you live in Hamilton Park, long term (monthly or whatever) parking is available in the Newport Mall deck for a reduced price.
