JSQ does have handicap ramps and you can grab a taxi on Kennedy Blvd right in front of the Duane Reade.
There is a taxi stand in Newport across the street on the Newport Towers side.. Though I don?t see many cabs parked there, like JSQ..

My home station is Grove St. But I have family coming into town, and 1 is handicapped in a wheelchair so them using Grove st. station is out.
I know that both Journal Sq. & Pavonia/Newport are handicapped accessible from platform to street. But can anyone tell me what the availability of taxis is like at both stations? Do both have taxi stands? Thanks!
