Thanks to BIKE JC the bike show/bike ride was terrific. There had to be about 40 riders cruising throughout Liberty Park and it's neighboring paths, the scenery was picturesque riding along the water. We got back about 4pm giving everyone time to cool down, order a beer, and set up for the show. The show was held in the parking lot next to the bar, there were about 20 bikes of all kinds there. A 10 speed English racer, an all American 50's bike, a 2 tiered bike, an electric bike, a folding bike, and a few custom painted BMX bikes and a few more to boot. The Golden Cicada was a great venue to hold the show having the yard right next door made it easy to jump back and forth and mingle with both bikes and patrons. For those who didn't show you missed out on an unforgettable experience.

there is no cost or charge for the event. a small portion of the drink sales will be donated to Bike JC.

should be close to a dozen bikes showing, plus all of those that are ridden to the event will give a nice overview of bicycles used in Jersey City.

pre-event ride through Liberty State Park starts 3 pm, show/party at 4pm.
