Could be that the driver knows he is an easy target for ass-wipes that might rob him, so he unloads his takings on every trip!

Hi All-
I have been wondering about this for years, perhaps someone can shed some light. I often take the dollar vans down Palisades Ave. and in front of a liquor store the van pulls over and the driver gives a couple of bucks to some old guy in a green van. What's that about? A toll? Any ideas? No big deal- just curious!!!
