I bought a phone charger in Manhattan last weekend that didn't work. I had no receipt, no packaging, no nothing. The manager at the Washington Street/Newport broke out a new package, tested it with my phone, and sent me out the door with a working product...all within 10 minutes. Color me surprised and happy.
