I also have surplus sandbags - about 20 or so, let's say 800-900 lbs of sand. No idea what to do with them but I would be happy to drive them to the park if they need sand. They did us no good during the storm so I don't need to keep them around.

On Sunday it looked like all the sand in Van Vorst's sandbox had washed out. You could help to refill it if they haven't already.

So now I have a bunch of sandbags that I have to get rid of. Most never got wet and are filled with "playground" sand. Does anyone know of a playground that might want said sand? Or how I might otherwise dispose of it? I have 450 lbs to be exact.
