View Larger Map Clean-up of Webb Park Gardens in Jersey City will welcome additional volunteers Published: Friday, June 10, 2011, 3:00 AM By Khier Casino/The Jersey Journal The Communipaw Avenue Block Association and the Jersey City Parks Coalition will clean up the Webb Park Gardens, 121 Lafayette St., between Lafayette and Van Horne streets, tomorrow from 9 a.m. to 3 p.m. The group will also plant around the site of the Glenn D. Cunningham History Trail, which is under development. Goldman Sachs, which is sponsoring the event, will work alongside CABA and the Jersey City Parks Coalition. About 50 to 60 people will participate in the clean-up, including 19 Goldman Sachs community volunteers. Volunteers are encouraged to wear jeans and sneakers and bring garden gloves. Water, juice and other refreshments will be served for the volunteers. Parking will be available.
