They are attaching the pipe that will bring water to the water feature in the park. They started at about 8:00 am, shouldn't take that much longer, unless they have a problem. . . .

There is no water until AT LEAST 8pm for some residents on 8th Street on the Park. I called United Water and was told this. Our building has no water and we're at 8th and McWilliams.
