Find out what brand is in the wall and google the same brand on the web,
the manufacturer should have a link to a local HVAC installer.

Tried searching the threads but could not find any info on this. Which contractors would be able to replace the whole unit for me?
I am looking to buy a condo which has an old wall unit and I want to replace it with a newer model that has a thermostat and a sleep timer in it. Any suggestions or idea of cost? Thanks.
