haven't been there in a while, but my wife and i wandered in to Iron Monkey last weekend for a dinner. Several points worthy of mention....
1) it's a lot "nicer" looking inside than it used to be. the second floor dining room is downright charming now. i think they lost the bar that was there and painted everything. 2) the art on the walls... very cool! we took down the artist's email to ask about purchasing... 3) the food was delicious. Had a mussels app and then delish entrees.... Congrats Daniel - great work. thanks for yummy dinner. we're looking forward to checking out bands there now too! Jon

Hey Everyone
As some of you know, we've started hosting art events again at The Iron Monkey and are currently looking to add new events to our monthly schedule. All types of art/artists are encouraged to participate! On the first Friday of every month we welcome a new artist with an opening reception and party. We're currently booking artists for the coming months into the spring; with that being said, any local artist who would like to have a show at The Iron Monkey should email me their contact info and a small sample of their work.
