Enjoy a family afternoon at
Jersey City Museum!

JCM presents Spooky Family Day Wachovia Family Saturdays

Saturday, October 20, 2007. 1pm. Free

Enjoy a family afternoon celebrating the season of creepiness! Jersey City Museum opens its doors for a Halloween inspired bash with everything you have come to expect from Spooky Family Day. For extra monstrous fun create head-to-toe scary/silly costumes at our family friendly craft stations. At 3pm Andi Green, children's book author and illustrator, will read her new book The Little Lonely Monster in the theater. Meet Nola, the huggable plush Monster of Loneliness, one of the characters from the author's WorryWoo series. Fun for the entire family.

JCM and WBGO presents Bop Boo Day and Jazzy Fairy Tales with Louise Rodgers and Rick Strong

Saturday, October 27, 2007, 12:30pm. Free

Jersey City Museum is pleased to host WBGO Children's Jazz Concert Series in our theatre on Saturday, October 27th at 12:30pm. Jazz singer Louise Rogers, accompanied by bassist Rick Strong, will celebrate some of the greatest artists of jazz in their program Bop Boo Day and Jazzy Fairy Tales. This is one to bring the young ones to, as children and adults swing together, boogie and dance in a magical world where chocolate pudding tames a wolf, bears boogie and sing the blues, and trolls and goats scat and dance on tippy toes over bridges.

Events subject to change without notice.
