Doesn't JCPA just keep ticketing you ever time they see you are still parked illegally anyway? So in essence, wouldnt the result just be a stack of tickets?

Might work for a larger city... But I doubt it would in JC (at least downtown). #1 JCPA also tows cars. I had a neighbor whose car was ticketed, then booted and finally towed, in sequence ~ all in under an hour. #2 These guys may work in zones. If one guy passes your ticketed/booted car and knows he didn't put it there, I shutter to think of the horrors that will befall you and your poor vehicle once it's deemed the ticket and boot are bogus. #3 Modeling any aspect of your life to anything featured in the movie, Coyote Ugly is just plain wrong.

This is nothing what happened to you .I park my van on Montgomery for 15 minutes and then I went shopping to home depot. I come back after 3 hours and I park my car I totally different place. After apr 20 minutes my car was butted and I receive a ticket. When I was trying to talk to this ass... from authority, he give me advise to pay .My question is for what? I was only total 35 minutes in the zone. Total screw up .I am not going to fight in the court an the reason is when you will fight in court they will give you another one .

You better pay those tickets or get in front of the judge as JC will suspend your license. That's an extra $100 to get it back.

Or maybe she could get out of all of the tickets by getting a job as a municipal judge . . .

If you go into court to contest the ticket, the judge will probably throw out the second one based on the circumstances. One time I got *three* tickets in the span of about two hours on my block, and the judge threw out all but one.
But depending on how much of a hassle it is for you to arrange the court date, show up, wait 2 hours for the judge to call you, and then plead your case.... you may decide that it's worth the $30 just to suck it up and pay it this time.

Okay, I'm the first to admit that this is my bad BUUUUT tell me if this isn't just a little much:
So I parked in the metered lot on First Street, between Jersey and Erie, to bring in some groceries this past Saturday. I have street parking but of course there wasn't parking anywhere within a 5 block radius. Anyway, I put quarters in the meter but then COMPLETELY forgot my car for 3 hours. My bad. I come downstairs and I have TWO TICKETS on my car. One at 1:39 (like the minute the meter was up) and then another at 3:50pm. And for $30 each! I know I am in the wrong for one ticket, but COME ON. Does anyone know is this is even legal? Can they just stick ticket upon ticket on your car??? The same day, within a three hour block... ouch.
