I attend meetings of the Historic Paulus Hook Association occasionally and some one from the NID addresses the membership at each meeting. I don't remember the name but the link to HPHA's webpage is:

Hey all
Anyone have any insight as to what ever happend to the famed "NID", Neighborhood Improvement District" that was created during the Shundler years ? Was this abolished or just transformed under a new Name ? Interested in some feedback . Thx CK
