The city should worry but making JC affordable for homeowners, that $1,000 increase followed by last year's increase will make more people put their homes on the market. There are other increases down the road, too.

Unfortunately, a lot of what is in that plan is unicorns and rainbows. The attempt to 'electrify' of all buildings and cars will be especially disappointing...
