Two busiest Jersey City polling places may see relief Today 12:35 PM (3/5/2019) By Terrence T. McDonald | The Jersey Journal JERSEY CITY ? Two of the busiest polling places in Jersey City may get a break soon, with the county Board of Elections proposing to split two Downtown districts into four in time for June?s primaries. Polling places for districts six and nine in Ward E have been increasingly crowded, with some voters waiting hours to cast ballots during last year?s midterm elections. They were the only districts in Jersey City where the vote totals for the 2018 U.S. Senate race topped 1,000 each. https://www.nj.com/hudson/2019/03/two- ... laces-may-see-relief.html
