I place this video on Ward C Facebook page and here is an response I received: Vijaya Desai- Most of people on Newark Ave are happy with the work If that is true then "wow", this is sad.

Virtually ALL masonry work I've seen throughout downtown JC in the past 8 years is poorly done.

This includes concrete sidewalks and dry laid stone such as at Grove Plaza and throughout Liberty Harbor.

The concrete is generally just sloppy but the stones have been improperly prepped and improperly laid. Just awful.

Yep.

And the stretch of Newark from Summit to JFK (north side) HAD ALREADY BEEN DONE as part of the recession recovery act, within the past couple of years.

That was a much better job if memory serves.
