Person threatening to jump from Lincoln Highway Bridge

Coming back from Lowes it appears the road over the drawbridge is closed. Lots of police vehicles on the bridge. No idea what is going on.
Just a heads-up as the traffic was getting really, really bad at the Rt 440 / Communipaw Ave / 1&9 intersection. Much worse than the "normal" levels of bad traffic.
