A 30-year-old Brooklyn man could face up to 20 years in prison following his arrest in Jersey City Wednesday on drug charges related to more than 47 pounds of suspected marijuana. Tim Zheng spoke through a Chinese interpreter when he made his first court appearance on the charges yesterday in Central Judicial Processing court in Jersey City via video link from Hudson County jail in Kearny. He is charged with possession with intent to distribute "39 heat-sealed packages containing a green leafy vegetation suspected (to be) marijuana, approximately 47.54 pounds," the criminal complaint says.
