More than 100 people have been arrested this spring in four large-scale operations by Jersey City police -- and the plainclothes sweeps and high-visibility patrols will continue through the summer, officials said today. Jersey City officials did not specify where the sweeps occurred. The 103 arrests were for a variety of offenses, including drug offenses. The Hudson County Prosecutor's Office participated in the operations. Read More
