there was an accident but not in that exact location...
JJ A Jersey City man was taken to a local hospital Wednesday night after a two-car accident on Montgomery Street in Jersey City, police reports state. The man, 39, told police that he was going straight on Montgomery Street near Colgate Street around 8:30 p.m. when he was cut off by an Orlando, Fla. woman who struck his vehicle, reports state. The woman, who was driving a Jeep Grand Cherokee, said that she was making a right turn onto Colgate Street when the man, driving a red Honda, tried to pass her on the right and caused the accident, reports state. The man was taken to Jersey City Medical Center for minor injuries following the accident, reports state.

11:15PM - tons of apparatus in the intersection - they were lifting what looked like a man from the street on a stretcher - no wrecked cars...
Going to gamble a pedestrian got hit.
