Hi JC Listers,

the property that didn't clear it's snow is the brownstone located at 210 Washington.

204,206&208 washington are all 8 unit buildings with a ground floor commercial space. The same maintenance crew does all three properties.

The properties were all cleared and deiced in accordance to local city ordinance. approx 3pm on Friday all the snow was cleared. The snow stopped at 1pm on Friday.

Even if you tell these people "face to face," it doesn't work. I often confront people about their sidewalks and/or dogs off of leashes or or dogs in "pet-free zones" in the park. They just ignore me or say some snide remark. A fellow JC List Subscriber recommended taking photos of the dog owners/dogs and/or sidewalks. I concur. Take photos and call the JC non emergency phone number to report them (201) 547-5477

Sounds like a case of slip and fall $$ that wil put a shovel in his hand. Actually he has until the next day to do it. It's 8 hours after snowfall or the morning after.
