View Larger Map Man shot in leg on Heights street A 45-year-old Jersey City man told a cop he was having a ?bad day? after being shot in the leg early Saturday morning, police reports said. The gunshot victim flagged down an NJ Transit cop at Webster Avenue and Ferry Street at 3:43 a.m. and told him his car had just broken down and that he had also just been shot, reports said. The victim, who was being treated by EMTs and allegedly had a strong odor of alcohol on his breath, told Jersey City police that he had been walking south on Webster Avenue with a friend when they heard a gunshot, reports said. The victim kept walking after noticing he had been shot and was bleeding from the right leg, reports said.
