View Larger Map Woman reports being robbed in early morning while searching for father of her child Published: Monday, July 11, 2011, 3:00 AM By Charles Hack/The Jersey Journal A 32-year-old North Bergen woman told police Saturday morning she was robbed after walking from her home to Jersey City to find the father of her child, police reports said. Police interviewed the woman at 6:05 a.m. at Ocean and Wilkinson avenues in Jersey City where she was being treated by EMTs for a scratch on her head, reports said. The woman told police she had walked from North Bergen looking for her child?s father and that a woman hit her on the head and stole $60 from her, reports said. The woman then became uncooperative and refused to provide police with any more information, reports said.
