View Larger Map Thief grabs $300 from Jersey City deli cook Published: Wednesday, June 22, 2011, 3:00 AM By Kate Kowsh/The Jersey Journal A robber got away with $300 yesterday after he snatched the money out of a deli employee?s hand and ran, according to Jersey City police reports. The owner of the Daily Grind, located at 352 West Side Ave., told police the robber entered the deli at about 2 p.m. speaking on his cell phone, reports said. The robber picked up the deli?s business card and on his way out of the store grabbed the money from a deli cook who was standing in the doorway, according to reports.
