Construction is going on at 150 Bay Street, not 140 Bay.
It's taking FOREVER (seven months so far) to build this new raised walkway. Buildings have been built faster! When will they be done?

Does anyone have any information about this space? Does anyone know if a company has leased the space already? Is it multiple retail spaces or one large space? Construction has definitely picked up in the past month.

Just can't stay away

What's with all the noise by Bay Street? It's worse now then ever.
I know they have been working on the retail project at 140 Bay street ( Crazy huh?) but I don't see where there working now. Anybody know what the deal is? It is super loud & non-stop. The Warehouse Coffee Shop must be beside themselves with all the noise & now forget about sitting outside.
