Hassan T. Saleem, 19, of Chopin Court, was arrested at 5:18 p.m. at Merseles and Montgomery streets and charged with disorderly conduct, reports said. Police responded to the area after getting reports of someone shooting at moving cars with a paintball gun and they followed the "pop" sound of the firing paintball gun until they found Saleem, reports said. Police said the 19-year-old appeared to be shooting at milk crates and hubcaps set up as targets, reports said, adding that he told the officers he hadn't meant to hit the cars. MICHAELANGELO CONTE
