HOBOKEN - Two men were arrested and charged after they attacked a 29-year-old man on Washington Street early yesterday morning, police said.

Responding to the scene at 12:53 a.m., police found the heavily intoxicated victim had a swollen jaw and blood coming from his mouth, reports said.
