It happened around 7 PM. I was walking by on Marin Blvd. Like a dozen fire trucks showed up.

The fire was on the third floor in the back. I didn't have a clear view from the street. It appeared that black smoke was coming out of a window on the third floor. In front of the window there is a roof area that has access from the parking lot. Someone was there with a fire extinguisher. The black smoke became white smoke. Firemen were doing their thing, but they didn't seem to be in a hurry.

I left after a couple of minutes. I saw an ambulance coming up Marin Blvd as I was walking home.
