They wouldn't be taking that risk if drugs were regulated because they wouldn't make as much profit. AND they would get stiffer sentences if they did this again and were not working within government guidelines.

View Larger Map 4 face drug charges after raid Jersey Journal Tuesday, August 04, 2009 Jersey City police investigating reports of drug dealing at an apartment building on Bergen Avenue arrested Tequan Small, 23, of Yale Avenue, and Michael Brinson, 39, and Danielle Sanders, 34, of Bergen Avenue, at about 7 Saturday morning and charged them with possession and intent to distribute suspected PCP and heroin, reports said. When officers entered a third-floor apartment at 135 Bergen Ave., Small and Brinson were counting money, reports said. The two men dropped the money and ran into another apartment that Brinson shares with Sanders, reports said. A warrant was issued for Natavia McLaurin, 26, who lives in the first apartment, reports said. Police recovered 65 bags of suspected PCP, 50 bags of suspected heroin, and $1,239 cash, reports said.
