A man said he felt a "tingle" after being shot in the arm Friday evening in Jersey city, police reports said.
The 20-year-old Orient Avenue man told police he was he was walking near Wegman Parkway and Bergen Avenue at around 9 p.m. when he heard the shot and felt a tingle in his right arm, reports said.
He walked a little way along Wegman before he felt the pain and looked down and realized he was shot, reports said.
He called his brother, who picked him up and took him to Jersey City Medical Center, where he was treated and released for a non-life threatening gun shot wound to his right bicep, police said.
No arrests have been made and the victim said he did not see the shooter.
