Youths rob Heights man at knifepoint
Monday, July 30, 2007 A Heights man was robbed at knifepoint by three youths on Saturday, police said. The three suspects held a knife to the left side of the 19-year-old victim's throat as he walked along Mountainview Road at around 12:30 a.m., police said. The victim told police that one attacker said: "Give me what you got. Where are you from? I hate people from Jersey City." The suspects took an iPod, cellphone and four rented DVDs, all worth a total of $550, and then fled east on Mountainview Road onto Paterson Plank Road in a silver Honda Civic, police said.
