Just so you know the video doesn't link to anything but i seen the videos on FB already so I know what you were trying to link.
Yes it is possible, it actually almost happened after Officer Santiago was killed. I think we lucked out with the timing of it things didn't get worst. The riot JC had in the 60s was sparked by accusations of police brutality. That one started on Grand by the Lafayette/Downtown border.
