A Jersey City man was arrested with 300 grams of suspected cocaine with a street value of $18,000 following a monthlong investigation by the Hudson County Prosecutor's Office's Narcotics Task force, the Drug Enforcement Administration and Jersey City police, officials said.
Juan A. Haddock, 37, of Laidlaw Avenue, is charged with possession of cocaine with intent to distribute both within 1,000 feet of school property and within 500 feet of public property, Hudson County Assistant Prosecutor Gene Rubino announced yesterday. More
