View Larger Map Jersey City police say quick arrest in street robbery gets victim's money and iPhone back to him Published: Saturday, October 08, 2011, 3:00 AM By Adam Holsten/The Jersey Journal Jersey City police yesterday arrested Travis Donta Nealey, 24, on charges that he robbed another Jersey City man of $28 and his iPhone. According to a police report, Nealey approached the 25-year-old victim, who was walking west on Wegman Parkway. Police said Nealey gestured to his waistband and ordered the victim to put his hands on his ears. The report said that Nealey then removed the cash and iPhone from the victim and fled east on Wegman Parkway. Police officers in the area were advised of the robbery and at 1:05 a.m. police saw a man who fit the suspect's description heading east on Wegman from Van Cleef. Police took the man, later identified as Nealey, into custody. Police said the victim's belongings were found in Nealey's possession and were returned to him.
