At 11:36 p.m. Sunday, police were called to Grant Avenue and Rose Avenue, where they met the victim sitting on the sidewalk with a gunshot wound to his inner thigh, reports said. The man, who was uncooperative with the police, was treated at the Jersey City Medical Center for the gunshot wound, reports said.
