Jersey City police are looking for a woman who pepper-sprayed three children ranging in age from 1 to 6 years old during an argument with a man on the front porch of a Greenville building Thursday evening, officials said yesterday.
Police responded to the Bostwick Avenue residence at 6:13 p.m. and were met by the children's 35-year-old mother, who said she and the youngsters were on the porch when a woman who dates a family member walked up shouting profanities, reports said.
She told police a 26-year-old Seidler Street man approached the woman telling her she should stop cursing because children were present, reports said. In response, the woman took out the pepper spray and sprayed the man in the face and "continued to spray at everyone on the stoop, including the children," reports said.
