It seems two of the shootings are actually from Camden, with the same street names (3xx block of Erie, and 1xx block of 1st street - both in downtown JC)

I have lived in Jersey City for 4 years and have seen a defined increase in crime. In addition to my own home being robbed not once but twice - I have had several friends fall victim to muggings. One who spent 5 days in the hospital recovering.

I used to be a lot less guarded and now make a concerted effort not to walk alone at night. It is an absolute shame that the quality of life is spiraling downward.
