View Larger Map Jersey City teen shot in drive-by By Charles Hack/The Jersey Journal November 01, 2009, 6:17PM A 16-year-old Jersey City teen was shot in the leg in a drive-by shooting last night, reports said. Police were called to Summit Avenue and Grace Street on the report of a shooting at around 11:30 p.m., reports said. On arrival, police found a large group of people in the area and a 16-year-old Irving Avenue resident with a single gunshot wound to his left leg, reports said. The victim, who was treated at Jersey City Medical Center, said he and his freinds were at the corner of the street when a white Toyota Camry with tinted windows rolled up and someone inside opened fire at them. Police found two shell casings and one live round at the scene.
