Followed and robbed in Heights
Jersey Journal AMY SARA CLARK Wednesday, January 07, 2009 A 34-year-old Jersey City man was robbed of $95 in American and Indian currency Monday evening, police reports said. The man was walking north on Kennedy Boulevard when he noticed four men at the corner of Hutton Street, reports said. When he turned on Hutton Street, one of the men came up behind him and asked for his money, reports said. The man told police he handed over $75 cash and $20 worth of Indian rupees and the robber ran away.
