Moishe's Moving trucks found on blocks, tires gone

A moving company operator came to work Saturday morning to find eight tires worth $4,800 missing from two trucks, police reports said.

The thieves snagged the tires from a lot belonging to Jersey City Moishe's Moving Co. at Monmouth and 10th streets, police said.

Around 7 a.m., the operator found six tires were missing from one truck that was up on blocks and two others had vanished from another truck, reports said.

The front gate to the lot was secured, but a side gate was open, reports said.
