every man's treasure, on grove (actually called manilla on the other side of columbus) has a couple crates. of course, once the weather is nice you can pick up good stuff at stoop sales.

people are pissing in the powerhouse district all the time. they assume that because it's so barren, that no one lives there. i've seen this old chinese dude pissing right in front of my place. and plenty of fratty douches.

and just to rep the other side, as a dog owner, even when it is bitterly cold or raining, I ALWAYS pick up my dog's poop. shame on people leaving all these logs around. really needs to be punished with heavy fines. makes other dog owners, our furry lil' companions, and our city look bad.

i have the same comcast plan and pay 90. if you threaten to leave, you should be able to bargain them down. if you still want cable that is.

welcome. i moved here from ohio too. where from? you can get a 30 day permit- check out the jersey city parking authority website for rates. if you don't want to change your registration, you can also pay $300 and stay registered in ohio for a year. that's what i did.

I'm not a shill for anyone, ever, and it took me a few years to finally make it to Loewes, but we saw Freaks and She Did Him Wrong there on Friday and I have to say it was an amazing experience. Loewes is mainly volunteer driven and the people working there/presenting seemed to have a great passion for film. After the films they even did a short chat about how these films affected the subsequent creation of a rating system.

LOVE this place, LOVE their film selection, LOVE the prices (8 bucks for TWO movies, 1 dollar for popcorn) and feel very fortunate it exists. Keep up the great work guys.

As a bonus, you'll be surrounded by a bunch of hipster transplants. If you thought parts of Jersey City were populated by yuppie douches, you ain't seen nothing yet. Sounds like you'll fit right in over there. Goodbye and good riddance to you.

Did a dog bite you in your youth, Snowflake? I feel a lot of anger towards our canine brothers and sisters coming from your direction.
