The guy with the "Gettysburg" that goes down to his chest?

Love that guy, we discussed beard competitions in Alaska once (apparently he was on his way to one? I dunno).

Thanks for ruining the thread, Gnome.

More weirdos.

Young artist types, old artist types, weirdos with tattoos weirdos with chains on their faces, whatever. Weirdos with briefcases full of money weirdos with briefcases full of whiskey.

More weirdos.

oh god My Bloody Valentine was HORRIBLE!!!!!!!! sounded like a 5 year old that got an electric guitar for christmas!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! and they have ZERO stage presence..

Jay-Z was by far the best of the whole weekend

That's weird because their sound is considered a HUGE influence on multiple genres of music, and their stage presence could be considered part of what ended up the name for the genre they helped pioneer, SHOEGAZE.

my vote goes to the guy with the blue hair. I have seen him at art shows and openings. I think he is a local artist. he is an older gent with a blue and pepper look to his long hair.
Maybe he is not all that weird, but his choice in hair style is a little iffy. thoughts?

I actually know this guy and he is a VERY nice person.

Actually, I vote for the whole group of people hanging out in front of the liquor pharmacy as my favorite people downtown.

As a matter of fact, I bet replacing everyone in City Hall with those characters might make things more fun.

No explanation needed...

Who are your favorite weirdos you see walking around downtown all day and all night doing whatever?

I like the short Mexican guy that was in a wheelchair for a little while, he always tells me he loves me, and told my lady that if I ever left her, she should look up to God, and God would kill me. lol.

That's a great idea if you like delays due to track fires.

I was under the impression all the grease from the McDonald's bags and Crown Fried chicken boxes would make the trains move faster if anything. LOL.

The plan must be working though other wise there would be cans there. Security or not it works better this way most people are keeping the PATH properties clean. And by the way I wouldn't discard your waste by leaving a wake into the track reservoir, you may not be welcomed anymore.

Have you looked on those tracks? It looks like somebody has taken their weeks trash and played Johnny Appleseed alongside the platform.

Just wanna point out that whoever said Martha Stewart grew up in JC, I think you're wrong.

I'm pretty sure she grew up in Nutley, NJ.

So did Annie Oakley.

Oh that patchouli smell is the worst! I took an evening pottery class last year and this girl in the class always smelled like patchouly! It reminds me of dirt and old people.

I guess live and let live, even if you wanna live stinky, tho, right?\\

I used Tom's of Maine once and it made my armpits smell like corn chips. My ex-wife forced me to stop using it, even though it was her idea.

Fortunately my current wife doesn't care what I smell like, lol.

I've actually heard of people who don't use deoderant because they think it's poison. Something about magnesium or aluminum soaking into your skin and killing you? It takes all kinds, it really does.

So what? Don't they realize their body odor is socially poisonous, too?

Oh god I know! I'll be coming back from a trip into the city to go to Whole Foods or something and the train will smell like a gym locker lol! I just don't understand how people can let their hygiene be so offensive.

No wisecracks on Staten Island.

There's probably a lot of radiation or something over there turning them all into super-beings, or C.H.U.D.s.

Are the uncreative digs at the "mysterious land known as NJ" really necessary? Holy crap, does everything NY have to frown upon NJ? Downtown Jersey City is leaps and bounds above about 80% of NYC's outer boroughs. But this guy would never write anything bad about those ghetto boroughs because hey, "it's still NYC". Getting around Jersey City is a nightmare??? Um, I think it's a bit easier than getting around your beloved NYC, Joe Pompeo.

Unreal, unacceptable, and uncreative. Maybe it's time for NYC to pick on Connecticut. I'm so over these types of hack writers.

Pretty sure that dude lives in Jersey City, and has written for that free magazine "New", the one about Jersey City.
