Is this area considered safer then JSQ area?

Or about the same amount of break-ins?

Seems like a great area.. but I've seen people on here say that if you are near Abbey's Bar, watch out for gunshots.

Seriously? This is an affluent area, and right near Harsimus Cove/Hamilton Park neighborhood.

If someone could just provide a little insight on this area, that would be great!
