I talked to one of the employees of the 24/7 deli-mart next to Helen's and he said he's lost track of how many times he's called the police on them.

I ordered the half chicken/side of sweet potato "platter" for $16.
EXTREMELY OVERPRICED, but tasty. My chicken was obviously reheated and wasn't fresh. If it were fresh it would have gotten an A minus. The sauce was obviously homemade and was absolutely delicious. The portions are paltry for the prices they charge.

Does anyone know what's going on with the older Latino men that hang out constantly right next to the 24/7 deli-mart next to Helen's Pizza? They also hang out across the street from Helen's in front of the Vincente deli-mart.
Are these men selling drugs or what? Every single time I walk by Helen's, the same older Latino men for YEARS now are out there loitering and ogling. Do they have nothing better to do?
