Thank you for telling us. We probably won't see this in the Jersey Journal.

I walked home last night at 10 PM on Warren St. But there were other people walking home, and I walk fast and I always look around.

Yesterday, Teddy was on the PATH train again illegally soliciting funds. He was asking for donations to feed the homeless at Grace Church in Jersey City.

Can someone from Grace Church confirm or dispute this?

In general, it is a nice building. There are two elevators. Most of the time, I use the stairs.

The condo fee has gone up over the years. Last year, it came down. We try to be frugal and save money wherever we can.

Now is a good time to buy. You will be paying 2003 prices. And mortgage rates are at historical lows. Make sure you will not be overpaying real estate taxes since the value came down.

I live in a 2 bedroom duplex on the top floor. It can get hotter in the summer and colder in the winter on the top floor. I think the lower floors use less electricity and gas to heat and cool the unit. Sometimes the windows may have leakage.

I guess the noise level is average. I used to hear the baby crying when there was baby living next door, but they moved out. People keep the noise down. Families go to bed early. Occasionally you have kids running in the hallways.

I used to hear the Sandbar in the summer.

Which units are you looking at?

The lowest bill was 63.49 in 5/11, and the highest bill was 195.98 in 8/11. This month was 97.83.

It's a nice family building. A lot of kids.

Read the rule book first.

Last night, for the July 4th fireworks, the south side of Goldman Sachs was blocked off including the Colgate Clock area. Common people are not allowed in that area. But that did not stop Goldman Sachs from setting up some tents for a BBQ for their employees there.

How do we Connect The Parks with this happening?

The land south of the Goldman Sachs building, under the Colgate clock, is owned by the state and has been dedicated as Veterans Park. An area next to that is shared between Liberty State Park and Jersey City.

Well, at least this headline said that this is a primary election and it on June 5th. I am waiting for a headline that says that these people are on the Democratic ticket.

If one is a registered Democrat, should one have received instructions in the mail yet?

If one is not a registered Democrat, I guess one can show up on Tuesday and declare that one wants to be a Democrat and vote that day.

And what are the boundaries for the 31st district without digging through cyberspace?

We have a board member in our condo who breaks the law of the land and the law of the condo. He/She does not leash the dog(s) inside too. It is clearly written in the rulebook. Plus he/she is a member of the board of directors. I know of neighbor(s) with small dog(s) who do not like that he/she does not leash his/her large dog(s).
