Absolutely, 100%, I recommend Dr. Brecia and D'Alberti. I have turned every friend and co-worker on to them, and we all love them!
Good Luck!!

newsboy, exploiting the death of a JC P.O. does not make the point I think your subsequent posting was making. His death was a tragedy.
a lame attempt at inserting text from an article dated in '05 does not explain your reasoning.
also, i am not so familiar with the terrorist groups in the phillipines...explain your point, with relavance to JCPD.
but i am familiar w/my ('other') country having citizens labeled as terrorist in the past, and in understanding their goals, i am hesitant in my accusations

i agree w/the others...as a former resident of newark, i had my doubts about JC back in the day, downtown was much more sketchy than my old neighborhood. but nyc has spread, and jc benefited. newark has been poised, even named 'the renaissance city', and i think now that people are looking outside of JC for a deal (and access to PATH) newark will prosper....and sharpe will finally get out of office...
a walk in downtown newark, and along ferry street will tell you the better...(so long as you have a base of comparison)

And it is really not fair to publicize the history of a property w/o the reasoning of the seller. Did the prop. go under contract? Did buyers back out? Did the seller have second thoughts?, etc. I'd be furious if this were my property.
Also, take the percentage of price change in comparison to asking price...is that really a 'bubble bursting'?
Not nice to say the least.
