Legal advice needed

Please, no opinions but real advice needed. And do not turn this into a post that has nothing to do with the theme.

Our building at 9 Regent street, where we rented as a long term rental, allowed now shirt term rentals.
Tenants were never asked for the opinion.
What that did, is bring people who do not care, are noisy, lobby is like a hotel. We can barely walk through and elevators are constantly packed or do not work. There is a line with getting mail as concierge is busy with all the guests requests.
Not to mention, it does not feel safe.
It really does not.
Just..our standard of living has changed. We would like to break the lease. And get our deposit back. Do we have a right to do so?
Thank you!

We are couple who invested in redesigning and manufacturing cycling caps. You can get them in Grove street Bicycle shop

Spreading a word.. that is all.
Canadians did it for us.. so we figured, maybe locals would too?

Thanks a mill!

Enable better online shopping and deliveries so everything can close by 11pm. So, the riffraffs do not have a places to go and jeopardize innocent workers and people on duty.
Since freedom should be given to the society that is civilized enough to be able to handle it.
Sadly.
There is always that one idiot that puts humanity down. That one block that destroys the towns reputation, that one person that changes the history and leaves a bad mark on it. Freedom in a wrong hands is a dangerous weapon. So, restrict it on many levels and slowly filter the bad from the good. There is no reason why many should loiter around and have stores open for them so late. If one genuinely needs it, maybe some 24h secured booth should be in place.
Of course, many would disagree with it..until one loses someone close.

I just stumbled upon a cool market-place for moms and moms to be where you can buy/sell children stuff.

I know there is plenty of those on internet but I also know that kids grow so fast and any way to have a clearance is a good way:)

Activities are so important when pregnant. It helps during and after.
Just one thing..more lower back strengthening and less muscle stretching and you will be fit as a fiddle.

So, there is my neighbor. Dog off the lead. Baby in one arm, coffee in another.

And I wonder..does he pick?
I'm getting bonkers already. Strip from Regent street to Morris canal is a poopzone central.

Doggy do-do's

Dear people,

please pick up your doggy do-do's.
If you forgot the bag, poo will stile waiting for you.
We have a massive dog and if we did not collect his poo -JC would be swimming in his loads.

Be considerate. If you do not wish it on your carpet - follow the same logic outside.

Also, put your dogs on the lead. Even if they just "want to come and say hello", it may be a bit tricky for us whose dogs are not as social (unfortunately).

Simple.

Best,

ZACT mobile network (does this sound legal to you)?
#14

Just can't stay away

SHARE IT to prevent further robberies (ZACT mobile network).

I purchased mobile phone from Zact.
Because I use phone for only emails, I took a plan with minimum call-plan.

My husband called me and Zact charges for ALL incoming calls (regardless the network). The very first day I got various telemarketing calls (before even knowing my number) and that also got deducted.
So, my husband got charged and I was charged for ONE call!

Zact also sends devices that are set up in a way where it uses loads of data. I figured it out alone and asked about it and was told to use home wifi.
I have computer for that and the purpose of mobile phone is to be able to use it OUTSIDE your home.

I am returning the phone to them after 4 days (and all the plans used from incoming call) and I think this is illegal or at least should be.

They do not state anything on their website.

I am very angry as I will be charged additional money for the restocking fee.

Croatian is my mother tongue.
Greek and English are the learned ones.

It really gets to me as it sometimes there are days when the head is in complete "shutdown" mode and then the last thing one need is a criticisms (i appreciate corrections though) in a country where people still mostly eat with fingers, cut meat with fork and bring mouth to the food (not the opposite).
You know what I mean?

There also seems to be a pattern of people just being nasty online.

Still a bit new to JC and love Twnder Shoot Farm and the grocery joint on Grove .. Nice Korean people own it.
Where do you get groceries and what is your Recommendation?
I prefer buying local and looking forward to Farmers Markets..but anything else until then?

Where are the best prices for detergents, house cleaning stuff?
Fruits and veggies?

I do see difference and am willing to walk around for deals;)

Finally someone tackles those with earbuds in. Home is a place to "switch off"from the World. Not the street.
I ride on sidewalk with my dog as street is way too dangerous here. Being polite, slow and considerate to pedestrians is a MUST for us who ride.
The ones who use sidewalks to fly by, are in my opinion, in the same bucket as the ones who switch off.

Manners, common sense and everyone should be able to function.

And yes, since the whole water deal - all the neighbours were in the lobby so we discussed heating.
People are cold but noone seems to be keen to fight it and they just oversleep in their place.

They are younger and think they must endure it.
We (not SO young) mostly work from home..oh, igloo.

Thank you everyone, you are really kind for all the engagement. It is so appreciated.
You know, at least our fog has an excuse to curl up with us wherever we are (silver lining in the fart cloud)
