Re: Sprint cell phone coverage in JC
Home away from home
Home away from home

I picked up the EVO last week at the sprint store in the mall. Try to work with the younger girl there. She's very helpful and easy to work with.

I've been a sprint customer for 8 years or so and they used to have lots of problems with signal/dropped calls etc. They've fixed those issues with new towers or something. I never drop calls anymore, haven't for many years now. Service inside big buldings is kinda spotty but still seems way better thatn AT&T.

As for the EVO, it's amazing. Still trying to figure some things out on it but it's a great phone.

It is pure bad habits and disregard for energy waste/air quality, nothing else... Let's stop making excuses.

It?s not a matter of convenience. They have to leave their cars running just like cops have to leave there cars running. They do so just in case someone?s sorry ass calls someday with an emergency and they go to start their car and BAM no start! It would not be good. So think again before criticizing!

I call BS on this one. By that logic, every fire truck/engine in every firehouse should be running 24/7.

Most of the renovation in DTJC looks like one of those student art projects where you make something out of discarded new and used items.

I've seen nori at A&P. It's either in the asian isle or on an end cap near the back of the store towards the frozen foods.

You're prob right. Every weekend there are odd stoop sales on Jersey Ave between Wayne and CC Blvd. Vhs tapes, kids toys and clothes that dont seem like any of the people selling they would have owned them.

They hang out under the BJ's shopping cart drop off. I can't make up decide how I feel. It's really no skin off my back when they want to rifle through my drop offs.

If the suspect is described as 5'10" there's a chance he's not filipino.

obviously it's about race and not just getting beat for being disrespectful?

Would you also make this statement? ->

It is the small island where the two traffic lights sit on. I also just noticed the new sidewalks from Warren to Washington have a standard concrete pour.

Yeah and those sidewalks with the standard concrete look 10 x's better than what we got.

I dont understand the new street/stop lights. They look exactly the same as the existing one except that the new ones are right in the middle of the sidewalk and corners. What's the point?

as for the trash, I always see a middle aged guy sweeping and cleaning in the mornings. (really nice of him) It's amazing how dirty it gets by the afternoon.

It looks like construction has totally stopped. I mean, correct me if I'm wrong, but it's been like two weeks.

I know the DCA Green Card inspection includes smoke alarms, and that for 3 families you need an interlinked smoke alarm system.

But what is a smoke certificate? Is this something separate issued by Jersey City?

Robin.
