Or if not enough board members show up to have a full count vote, they postpone the presentation until next month; this could delay a decision for months and residents opposed eventually give up coming just for it to be postponed again. This especially happens when the application an egregious ask and there's a chance there will be nay votes. Each applicant is entitled to a full quorum. Sometimes they start with a full quorum and then a board member leaves early - then another possible postponement.

That's exactly right. And if too many people show up to speak against something, it is often removed from the agenda.

Thanks jklm, K-Lo.

Appreciate the tip. Really too bad this info isn't on the City's website someplace. Sometimes it just feels as though they are actively trying to hide this stuff... laugh. I must have been here too long now.

Thanks for the tip about getting them emailed - I don't see to be able to find the request page. Would you be so kind and post the link or point me to it...? Others might also want to sign up for the emails, so you'd be doing us all a great service.

Does anyone know if the Zoning Board is meeting this evening? According the the City Meeting calendar it is, but no agenda has been posted.... Those agendas are typically posted.

Something similar happened earlier this week with the Historic Preservation Commission meeting ? no agenda posted. I happened to look in regards to that 202 York Street property, the one owned by Silverman, in the City Hall redevelopment plan. I wondered if they were going to request approval to demolish it.
